Frequently Asked Questions
You have questions? I have answers.
I’ve never been coached before, how does it work?
Please see my blog post “5 Ways to be a Successful Coaching Client”
When do you offer sessions?
Evenings (except Sundays) between 6-9pm Central Time.
Can I pay with insurance?
I’m afraid I can only accept self-pay via Zelle or Venmo.
Do you do therapy?
Although I have a masters degree in Counseling, I focus mostly on coaching. Read about the difference in my blog post “What is Coaching vs. Counseling vs. Consulting?“
Can I book a session for my spouse/child?
Absolutely! But only if they are fully onboard. It would only help them if they take full responsibility and fully engage in the process. You can financially support their coaching, but once they agree, I will be communicating with them directly about the content of the process. You will not be the middle person.
Can we meet in person?
All my coaching sessions are virtual via Google Meet.
Are you available to speak at my event?
Yes! Please contact me directly to discuss details.
How many sessions will I need?
That is highly dependent on the issues you’d like to work on. We can discuss the suitable number of sessions to start with and we can always schedule more sessions as we go, or months/years later!
